“I try to focus on building or exercising your imagination like its a creative muscle. I try to mix up basic art education into a fun creative alternative way that invites grey area, or time for drawing students to ask questions or share their thoughts as we create together.
By introducing a blend of art education and fun into a creative alternative way for ages 7 and
aboves to interact and engage with. I wanted to encourage youth to older around my arts
community and beyond to literally draw outside the box of normal thinking! I try to provide supportive artistic guidance for all artists (beginner or more experienced). Even non-known artisan people can be sparked to create, too confront their innate creative abilities to emerge forth I believe. The main goal is always to have fun doing art, while learning something new, even if its as simple as basic lines or patterns. ” -Jordan Brooks

WARM UP-Drawings, based around quick Creative “STILL LIFE” setups that are usually constructed out of objects found in the creative baskets in the art studio. In those baskets you can find drawing model forms to Toys, to human anatomy like sculpture expressions, to odd antique musical instruments.Drawing students are encouraged to set up their own creative still-life. These quick drawings are not meant to focus so much on detail but speed! We try to do this by building up your expressive mind like its a muscle. The QUICK drawings are also meant to loosen up the hands before we get into the main theme/lesson that art session.) 10, 15, and 20 minute mini sessions.
