Gimbap Roll into Summer Workshop

2022-05-21 Gimbap Roll into Summer  – 5-hour workshop 1-6pm

Gimbap Roll into Summer – Saturday May 21, 5-hour workshop 1-6pm, we eat at 6pm

Join Kim and Monette for a day of making ceramic dishes and homemade Korean Gimbap! Gimbap is a Korean dish made from cooked rice and ingredients such as vegetables, fish and meats that are rolled in gim—dried sheets of seaweed—and served in bite-sized slices. Side dishes are included in your eating experience.

You can decorate your ceramic dishes with a variety of techniques you will learn. We will use texture designs, slip trailing, underglaze and sgraffito on a high quality white porcelain that will make the glazes you choose pop with color.

This will be a wonderful making and eating experience.

All food instruction, tools, clay, glaze and firing are included! $95 per person.
