This is the second in the Time to Hike series of 4 hikes intended to help you build strength, endurance and knowledge of the trail. The difficulty level of these hikes depends on your current fitness level BUT generally these are considered easy to moderate hikes. We practice self paced hiking. We will provide a guide and a sweep hiker so that everyone is supported and knows where to go on the trail. DGA uses various techniques to ensure that we have ample opportunity to be physically distant yet connected while hiking so that no one is lost or left behind. You are responsible for managing your own preferences for social distancing and for respecting the preferences of others.
