Time To HIKE!!

No fooling! It’s time to hike! Join us on Saturday April 2nd for 3ish miles . This is a good hike for beginners – it will be hard, but it will give you a taste of what to expect on a longer hike in our region. Meaning that there will be dirt, rocks, hills with steep inclines and declines, flat land, trees, grass and open skies. Are you working on building strength for backpacking? This would also be a good hike to carry your backpack to gain experience.
This event is open to all hikers who can hike 3ish miles. Remember, we all hike our own hike!
We will stop along the way to look at flora and fauna, talk about the history of the Lake and answer any questions you might have about the area or hiking in general.
