Vision Your Year
| Start the year with mindful intention, discussion, creativity and support. The last two years have been complicated and stressful. Many things have changed in our “normal” and transitions have been more challenging. This process and class session will provide you with encouragement and support as you begin to develop your vision for the year. A vision isn’t a goal or a resolution, it is an intention for your path in 2022. The creation of your Vision Board will help you transfer your thoughts and ideas from your head, to your heart through your hands. Each person will create a unique and personal work of art that will express your intention or vision for 2020. We will help you identify practices, things that help you stay centered, qualities you want to develop etc. Your vision is unique to you. We can’t wait to share a day of visioning our year with all of you. |
