Join us each Thursday on Zoom during the month of February for Love Me! – a class focusing on developing habits and practices for both self-care and self-compassion. We will have 4 Zoom meetings of 1.5 hours, one each week. Throughout the week, you will receive homework assignments. These will include journaling prompts, motivational videos, articles of interest, suggestions and tips for cultivating self-care and self-compassion. These will be printable if you desire to create a small personalized notebook for future reference.
