2-3 JR Juggles Celebrates 40 years of Clownin’ Around!   FREE  performance in the starting at 2pm.

• The annual NOTO Chalk Walk will also be happening at this time.  We encourage families to come out to NOTO and help make the sidewalks colorful and creative!
