Let’s Hike!
| Join Compass Point home of Dirty Girl Adventures for a fall hike at Kaw River State Park in Topeka. We will gather and hike together on these excellent trails maintained by the Top City Trail Alliance. These trails include uneven surfaces, steep inclines/declines and an excellent way to connect with nature and each other. We’ll share some tips for getting stronger and taking longer hikes in different places. Connecting with nature after a long day at work is the perfect wind down for our brains.
We will hike over natural terrain, down hill and uphill each at our own pace. If you’ve been looking for some motivation to get started hiking or to spend time in nature, this is your chance! We’ll send you specific directions the evening before our hike, we always watch the weather and conditions, often updating details for an event at the last minute to ensure safety and comfort. |
