| By day, Dusty Nichols is the Director of Shawnee County Emergency Management. From April 2020 to October 2021, he served as the COVID-19 Incident Commander for Shawnee County Response Team. He is also a very active member of the arts community primarily at Topeka Civic Theatre as an actor and board member. He is now exploring all aspects of the arts community in Topeka and the very exciting things happening in NOTO. This is Dusty’s first show!
